Once you connect your email account, Gener8 can detect eligible receipts and reward you automatically - no extra steps needed after setup. 🙌
How to connect Receipt Radar 📲
Getting started only takes a minute:
Open the Gener8 App
Go to My Data then scroll to Receipt Radar
Connect your email account
Follow the on-screen steps to complete setup

How it works 🧠
You shop online as normal 🛒
Receipts are sent to your connected email 📧
Gener8 detects eligible receipts 🧾
Receipt Radar will automatically scan for e-receipts every 24 hours 🙌.
You earn 1 point per eligible receipt detected in your connected email account 🎉
⏰ The first scan may take up to 10 minutes
Can I deactivate Receipt Radar? ⚙️
You sure can (although you'll miss out on earning extra Gener8 points 🥹)!
Once deactivated, you won't lose any points previously earned from Receipt Radar but it will stop scanning for e-receipts and you'll automatically stop earning points.
Can I add more than one email account? 📧
Right now, you can connect multiple Gmail and Outlook accounts at any one time.
Just select 'Receipt Radar' > 'Accounts' > 'Add account' and continue with Google or Outlook to set up a new connection 📩
When will other email providers be available on Receipt Radar? 📧
We will look to expand this to Yahoo and other email providers. Keep an eye on our updates and we'll let you know when the new connections are available 👀.
Why can't I see one of my receipts? 📧
Receipt Radar scans for e-receipts from a growing list of supported retailers. If you don’t see a recent purchase, don’t worry - it’s likely that the retailer isn’t on our list yet. We’re continuously adding new retailers, so stay tuned! 🙌
Do I need to upload my receipts?
No 🙌 Receipt Radar automatically detects eligible e-receipts from your connected email - nothing needs to be uploaded or sent manually 📧🧾
Why do I get the error message “Email account already associated with another Gener8 account”?
If you see a message saying your email account is already associated with another Gener8 account when connecting Receipt Radar, it usually means that email address has previously been linked to Receipt Radar on a different Gener8 account.
This can sometimes happen if you’ve used Gener8 before with another account or email setup.
