📍What is Location on the Gener8 App?
Location data is another connection exclusive to Android Gener8 App users, allowing you to earn even more Gener8 points. More Gener8 points = more rewards 😎🎉.
Once you complete the Location setup, you'll be rewarded 10 bonus points and an additional 40 points once your background permission is enabled ✅.
🎯 How does this work?
All you need to do is give the Gener8 App permissions and watch the points roll in 😎.
Step 1: Make sure the Gener8 App is up to date 📱
Step 2: Tap on the 'Earn' tab 👆
Step 3: Find the Location button under 'Everyday Earning' and select to set up
Step 4: Once you've selected 'I understand, let's go' you'll be taken to a permissions screen. You'll need to make sure that you select 'Precise' location and 'While using the app' on the Radar detector. If you choose 'Approximate' you won't be able to earn Gener8 points while using this feature!
💡 All data shared with Gener8 is completely private and secure.
Step 5: So that Location data can work it's magic in the background, you'll need to go to your settings and allow location access for the Gener8 App. Select 'Allow all the time'.
Make sure that the 'Use precise location' is toggled 'on'. No precise location, no points!
Step 6: Once you've completed the connection and enabled background permissions, return back to the Gener8 App to collect your 50 bonus points 🥳🙌.
