In order for our tech team to investigate an issue🕵️, we'll need to know some extra information. Please get in touch and let us know if you are experiencing any bugs or issues.

1 . If you're experiencing an issue on the Gener8 Browser, navigate to the top right corner of your browser and click on the ellipsis (the three dots) 👌.

2. Hover your mouse over 'Help' and select 'Report an Issue'

3. Once you've clicked on 'Report an Issue', a dialogue box will pop out requesting more information

4. Fill in the feedback form with as much information as you can 🙂. Make sure that you have ticked 'Include this screenshot and titles of open tabs' and 'Send system information', in order for our team to investigate the issue 👌.
