We'll just need to know two things:
1οΈβ£ The email address you used to sign up to Gener8
2οΈβ£ The first half of your postcode (the one you have added to your Gener8 profile!)
Once you've contacted us with these details, the tech team will be able to look into the issue and π€ resolve it as soon as they can.
