If you're seeing a message on Gener8 saying it thinks you're somewhere else 🌍, get in touch, and we’ll sort it for you ✅.

We'll just need to know two things:

1️⃣ The email address you used to sign up to Gener8

2️⃣ The first half of your postcode (or ZIP code if you're in the US)

Once you've contacted us with these details, the tech team will be able to look into the issue and 🤞 resolve it as soon as they can.
