Step 1: Go to your account settings
Log in to your Gener8 account and navigate to your Account page (where you can see "My Details" and "Rewards Access Verification").
Step 2: Clear or change your existing number
Scroll down to the Phone Number section.
Click the Change button next to your current number.
On the next screen, click Add phone number to trigger the update screen.
Step 3: Enter your new number
Select your country code (e.g., +44 for the UK).
Type in your new mobile phone number.
Click Send Code.
Step 4: Verify your new number
Check your mobile device for a 6-digit verification code sent via text message.
Enter the 6-digit code into the boxes on your screen.
Once the system registers the code, you will see an "All done! Your phone number is verified" confirmation.
Click Go back to return to your main dashboard
š”The verification code is only valid for 10 minutes from the time it is sent. If you enter it later than this, it will not work and you will need to click "Resend code" to request a new one.
