Gaming Gift Cards are a new way to work towards rewards while you play.
Once you choose a gift card, your eligible gaming points will contribute towards completing that reward. When you reach 100%, your gift card will be ready to claim 🎉.

Your eligible points will increase your progress percentage
Reach 100% progress to unlock your gift card 🎁
💡 Your percentage progress is based on eligible gaming points earned while connected to Android activity.
⚠️ Keep Android activity connected
To make sure your gaming points count towards your progress, Android activity must stay connected while you play.
If you earn gaming points while disconnected:
Your gaming points may still appear normally
But they may not contribute towards your gift card progress
💡 If your progress percentage does not increase after gaming, this usually means Android activity was disconnected at the time.
🎁 Claiming your gift card
Once you reach 100%:
Your gift card will become available
You’ll see a Claim gift card screen in the app
You can also find the reward in My Rewards
If you've redeemed several gaming gift cards within a short period, a cooldown timer will appear before you can claim another one. The timer shows when you'll be eligible to redeem another gaming gift card.
📧 Why isn’t my progress increasing?
If your gaming points appear but your Gaming Gift Card percentage hasn’t increased:
Make sure Android activity was connected while gaming
Check that your gaming points were successfully credited first
If everything looks correct and your progress still hasn’t updated, contact support and we’ll take a look!
